For more than 25 years, Darren has led complex IT programmes, agile delivery and digital transformations across global enterprises — from London boardrooms to South African tech hubs, spanning financial services, telecoms and consulting. Over the past decade, his work has focused on how organisations genuinely change the way they operate.
Today, that transformation experience informs a training-first approach to AI Adoption. Darren lives in Cape Town, South Africa, works with clients worldwide and provides supporting consulting on AI strategy, readiness, governance and adoption when a broader organisational conversation is useful.
