AI Adoption ("we", "us") is a South African management consultancy founded by Darren Bekker. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: name, work email, company, role, company size, and the information you choose to share about your business challenge.
- Usage information collected through consent-based analytics: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type. Analytics only run if you accept them via the cookie banner.
- Correspondence if you contact us by email or phone.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your strategy call (performance of pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).
- To operate, secure and improve this website (legitimate interest).
- To understand how visitors use the site, only with your consent (consent).
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that host this website and deliver email notifications, under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under POPIA and GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to processing; or withdraw consent. Contact darren@aiadoption.co.za to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls and minimal data collection.
